Money Magnet is a personal finance application that provides:
Money Magnet is available as a free tier with core features and as a paid subscription (Money Magnet Pro) with additional premium features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Money Magnet. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
To use Money Magnet, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and is hashed with bcrypt before storage — we never store or log your plaintext password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Money Magnet displays travel deals, event listings, restaurant information, grocery pricing, and shopping recommendations sourced from third-party APIs. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.
Travel search results are provided by Amadeus. Prices and availability are subject to change. Always confirm final pricing and availability directly with the service provider before completing a booking. Money Magnet does not process payments or issue tickets for travel bookings.
Event listings are sourced from Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. Ticket purchase occurs on those platforms' websites and is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Restaurant data is provided by Google Places. Reservation links direct you to OpenTable or the restaurant directly. Money Magnet does not process restaurant reservations.
Grocery pricing is sourced from Kroger and Walmart APIs and may not reflect current in-store prices. Always verify prices at the point of purchase.

The free tier of Money Magnet displays banner and native ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that:

Money Magnet may send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging for budget overspend alerts, bill payment reminders, savings goal milestones, and subscription/recurring charge warnings. You can enable, disable, or customize notification types in the app's settings. Push notifications are optional and the app functions fully without them.
Money Magnet offers a free tier with core budgeting features and a paid subscription tier (Money Magnet Pro) that unlocks additional premium features.
All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Money Magnet does not directly collect, store, or process any payment information. All billing is subject to the payment terms and policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
Subscription pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. We will provide notice of price changes before your next renewal period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.
Money Magnet may offer free trial periods for Money Magnet Pro. If a free trial is offered:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Money Magnet does not process refunds directly.
If your subscription expires or is not renewed, your account will revert to the free tier. You will retain access to all your existing data, but premium features will no longer be available until you resubscribe.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the App (budgets, bills, goals, conversations, saved items, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
The Money Magnet app, including its design, code, AI prompts, and original content, is owned by Money Magnet and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
MONEY MAGNET IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MONEY MAGNET AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100 USD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR MONEY MAGNET SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Money Magnet and its developers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notification or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By you: You may stop using Money Magnet at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data through the Profile screen or by contacting us.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Important regarding subscriptions: Deleting your Money Magnet account or having your access terminated does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play Store subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your device's subscription settings (see Section 9.6) to avoid continued charges.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Money Magnet shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for matters related to intellectual property or data security.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
